The Presiding Bishop’s office has announced the Accord (a technical canonical term) that has been reached between nine bishops, of which I am one, and those who have accused them of violating ordination vows by signing either an amicus curiae brief or an affidavit in litigation regarding property disputes between Episcopalians and former Episcopalians.
This is the text of the accord. I will probably have more to say about it in the near future.
