Bishop Paul Lambert

The Right Rev. Paul E. Lambert is the retired Bishop Suffragan of the Diocese of Dallas. After he retired, he and his wife Sally moved to Mont Eagle, TN to be closer to their family. He assists with Episcopal visitations to parishes in the Diocese of Atlanta.

Born in Reno, Nevada in 1950, he holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University and a Master of Divinity from Nashotah House. Lambert served parishes in California, Kansas and Texas and as Canon to the Ordinary of the Diocese of Dallas before being elected Bishop Suffragan of the Diocese of Dallas in 2008. He served on numerous committees and commissions in the Diocese of Dallas and has served as a five time Deputy to General Convention and on the Interim Committee on the State of the Church for the House of Deputies and as a member of the Committee on Social and Urban Affairs. In addition to these activities he is a member of Communion Partners.

The Lamberts have three children and six grandchildren
