I ask that you read all the information in this packet very carefully.  Please pay special attention to our registrar’s registration instruction sheet.

 It contains important information about:

*Fees

*Deadline dates

*Scholarships

*How to ask questions

It is extremely important that these forms are filled out completely with the necessary fees included as directed.

We will not process any application that is incomplete in any way, or does not include the appropriate fees.
