CAMPERS: Mark your calendars for Sunday, July 4 – Saturday, July 10, 2004. Plan on joining us for the best camp yet!

PARENTS AND CHURCHES: Camper applications have been sent to all churches and former campers. If your church intends to sponsor any campers, even partially, it is imperative that the church family coordinate with the parents of the campers on this and follow the instructions below as they are different if there is to be parish scholarships involved. Plan ahead and get your applications in as early as possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT

APPLICATIONS AND FEES

FEE STRUCTURE:       $190 for the first child in a family

                             $170 for the second child in a family

                             $150 for the third child in a family

A $50 per camper registration deposit is due with each application IF no parish scholarship is involved.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT PLAN: If full payment is postmarked by May l to our registrar, $10 may be deducted per camper.

Diocesan /Parish Scholarships

If a camper is eligible for any form of scholarship, please use the following procedure:

1. Completed application and health form must be submitted directly to the parish.

2. “To be completed by the parish office” section completed and signed by clergy.

3. Parish and/or diocesan scholarship eligibility must be noted.

4. Parish scholarship monies, application and health form are to be sent together by the parish to the registrar – mailing info is on the application.

Applications will not be accepted and will be returned IF:

-they are incomplete

-they do not include the $50 registration deposit (only if no parish scholarship is involved)

-full parish scholarship is not included (if applicable)

IN THE INTEREST OF CHRISTIAN CONSIDERATION OF OUR CHURCH CAMP REGISTRAR, OUR CAMP SESSION AND SPIRITUAL DIRECTORS, OUR CAMP COORDINATOR AND OUR HOSTS, EAST BAY CAMP, ALL CAMPER APPLICATIONS ARE DUE WITH A POSTMARK DATE OF JUNE 1 TO OUR REGISTRAR FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND WITH THE NECESSARY FEES INCLUDED.

APPLICATIONS THAT ARE INCOMPLETE AND/OR DO NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY FEES INCLUDED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This cannot be stressed enough. Please save this information and get those applications in absolutely no later than June 1.
