Spiritual Life through the Seasons of Life
On September 23,
2005, clergy spouses from all over the country will converge on the
Marriott Town Center in Plano, Texas for a conference designed
especially for them. Rebecca Chapman, a clergy spouse from Sewickley,
PA, will speak on Spiritual Life through the Seasons of Life.
Several workshops
will also be offered on clergy marriage, an update on A Place to Stand
as well as one featuring Mrs. Chapman. Dr. Paul Warren, a behavioral
pediatrician, will present two workshops entitled Your Dearest
Disciples and Occupational Hazards of Being a Kid.
The Clergy Spouse
Connection is also an opportunity for clergy spouses to come together to
talk, to encourage and to support one another. Plan now to attend if you
are a clergy spouse. Clergy and lay people can assist these clergy
spouses with finances as well as logistics with kids, etc.
