The Death of Marjorie Hultstrand

We announce the death of Marjorie Hultstrand, wife of the Right Reverend Donald M. Hultstrand, IX Bishop of Springfield, died at their home in Alexandria, Minnesota on Monday, January 12, 2004. Mrs. Hultstrand had been in failing health for some time, and Bishop Hultstrand had been caring for her at home.

The Requiem Eucharist took place on Monday, January 19, 2004, at 2 p.m., at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 12th and Lake Streets, Alexandria, MN 56308. Bishop Hultstrand requests our prayers.

The Committal for Marjorie Hultstrand will be held at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul, Springfield, Illinois on Tuesday, January 27, 2004, immediately following the 12:15 p.m. Eucharist.

Members of the Diocesan family are welcome to attend the Eucharist and the Committal. A simple reception will follow the service.
