Training Conference
June
6-8, 2005
In an
effort to help the clergy of our Diocese deal with their
responsibilities and expectations, the Department of Evangelism and
Spiritual Enrichment is sponsoring “Beginning to think about .....”
a clergy training and wellness event.
Today
many clergy are being asked to do more than they have been trained to
do. Many are challenged by congregations that expect clergy to do it
all. Then there are members within the church who are not aware of the
responsibility the clergy bear and often see clergy only as worship
leaders. Our time together will help us assess and bring balance to
these and other issues that confront us in our ministries.
