DAY OF EVANGELISM AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH

“Grow the Body of Christ”

ROCK THE WORLD YOUTH MISSION ALLIANCE

Rock the World Youth Mission Alliance is a Christian ministry that forges young Christian leaders. Many organizations share the Gospel with young people. Rock the World does this and then goes further: we help those young people grow in their faith and make an impact for God. How?

Youth encounter Jesus and his power at Rock the World retreats and conferences. College students get hands-on experience in ministry leadership in the Josiah Project. Post-collegiate adults are prepared for effective, long-term youth work in the Student Ministry Professionals Program. Church leaders attend dynamic Rock the World training seminars to learn how to reach youth through their churches.

Rock the World Youth Mission Alliance shapes young people by helping them grow into disciples who: make other disciples, spread the gospel, and make a real and positive impact for the Kingdom of God!

FAITH ALIVE

Faith Alive is a gentle, thoroughly Episcopal program that provides a special time for each of us to re-examine the promises that we made, or were made for us, at our Baptism, and again when we were confirmed. In the service of Holy Baptism there are two very important questions about our relationship with our Lord:

“Do you turn to Jesus Christ and accept Him as your Savior?”

“Do you promise to follow and obey Him as your Lord?”

The Faith Alive Weekend is primarily a time to rethink what these promises mean to each of us, and time will be taken during Sunday's services, for those who desire, to make a new commitment or a recommitment to the Lord.

THE CHURCH ARMY

The Church Army USA mission statement is “To raise up Evangelists to proclaim the Gospel to the least, the last and the lost and to draw them into the life and mission of the Church.” Like so many of the Church Army Societies around the world, it is endeavoring to help meet the needs of the most vulnerable in their communities through social and practical, as well as spiritual care.

CHRISTIAN FORMATION MINISTRIES

Christian Formation Ministries (CFM) is a response to the serious neglect of the teaching mission of the Church by which true disciples are formed in Christ. Jesus said; "Go, make disciples ... baptizing them ... and teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you." (Matthew 28.19)

Mission:

The mission of CFM is to assist Dioceses, around the world, to move seekers and non-believers from conversion to Christian discipleship by developing trained teachers (catechists) and providing thorough catechetical materials which not only inform, but facilitate formation in Christ.
