delegates and guests to use during the Synod. The room will be announced

vigil, you may email us at

own 24-hour prayer vigil prior to our Synod as preparation for the same.
Third, Food and Hospitality.
Our Synod banquet will be on Friday the 1st of October at 7
p.m., followed by entertainment. We will serve chicken as the main entrée
for everyone. If you prefer beef, or a vegetarian entrée, please email us

In addition, there will be a hospitality room (the location will be
announced at the Synod) provided for all delegated and guest to use as
they see fit. A cold buffet luncheon will be available for all delegated
and guests at the Holiday Inn beginning at 11 a.m., on Friday 1st
