Thy Kingdom Come

August 8-9, 2008

Decatur Conference Center, Decatur, IL

Embracing the Kingdom...Experiencing the Power...Walking in the Glory

Mark your calendar now and plan on joining us later this summer for a “Kingdom” event focusing on the topic, “Thy Kingdom Come”, which is taken directly from the Lord’s Prayer, in the Sermon on the Mount; Matthew 6:10.  Jesus came forth into public ministry proclaiming the Kingdom of God and demonstrating the Kingdom with power, as He taught us to pray for His Kingdom to come on earth as it is in heaven.

This powerful two day event will feature The Rev. Steve Wood, Rector of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina as our Keynote Speaker.  Fr. Steve is a skillful pastor and an excellent speaker of a dynamic church that is filled with the Kingdom’s power, worship, and ministry.  The Rev. Alan W. Hansen, President of ACTS 29 Ministries and The Rev. Mike Flynn, Director of FreshWind Ministries will give special presentations, as well as offering a number of workshops to help train and equip the saints.

Also, in conjunction with this conference there will be a Youth Conference presented by ACTS 29 Ministries.  Middle School and High School students are encouraged to sign up and attend a special two days featuring Christy Baker, who spoke on Saturday night at YouthQuake 2008.

Registration forms, sign-up sheets and promotional materials have been sent to every church.  Or you can log on to www.a29.com and get all the registration information via the internet.

We are praying for His Kingdom to come and the Lord’s will be done in each of us.  Join us as we gather this summer to:

Embrace His Kingdom......

Experience His Power......

Walk in His Glory......
